Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the repair of Building 36, Section 1D. Work is to include demolition of walls, raised flooring, air handlers, ceilings, systems furniture demolition, and carpeting, etc. The project area will be renovated with new walls, offices, mechanical, electrical, ceiling, flooring, etc. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA (NIMA), EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 210 calendar days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $500,000 and 1,000,000. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, size standard $28.5M. The work is located at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business.
