- Single award term contract for the period beginning Date of Award and ending May 31, 2006, plus up to four optional 12 month extension periods. Trim sizes are 23-7/16 x 16-9/16", 28 x 42", and 29 x 39", printing in up to six colors including four color process. Approximately 4 orders per year for 1,800 to 7,000 copies per order. Operations include the production of posters and charts requiring such operations as conventional and electronic prepress, scanning for duotones, tritones, quadtones, four-color process reproduction, creation of preliminary film, halftone, duotone, tritone, quadtone, film or high-resolution files, composite printing films, and films for intermediate and final proofs, film-based or digital proofs, printing (including paper) on face in one to six colors including four color process inks from film or digital files, packing, and distribution.
