- NAICS Code: 721110 FY 2005 US Environmental Protection Agency Annual Community Invovlement Conference The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response is hosting the annual National EPA Community Involvement Conference in Buffalo, New York, to be held from July 12 through July 15, 2005. This requirement is in conjunctions with tasks accomplished EPA contract 68-W-02-033, which required a contractor to provide a full range of logistical, administrative and analytical support for the EPA National Community Involvement Conference. The contractor entered into a comprehensive agreement with the Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel, and has procured the required conference and meeting spaces, after obtaining several quotes from various hotels within the Buffalo area. This specific requirement is for the purchase of sleeping rooms only for Government employees. It is to provide EPA attendees with 315 sleeping room nights at the same hotel, the Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel, to minimize conference disruption, facilitate attendance by EPA employees, and afford the maximum opportunity for community involvement, networking, and professional training.
