- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Outsource Electronics Manufacturing Inc., cage: 33PE8 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(ii)(A) and FAR Part 13 for the following material: Tactical Data Processor Portable Programmers (TDPPP), part number: 133314, (15) each; The TDPPP?s are used in conjunction with ASN-150 Tactical Data Processors used on board US and Allied helicopters. The only known qualified source of manufacture is Outsource Electronics Manufacturing Inc. The applicable naics code is 334119. Complete drawings and technical data is not available for dissemination for this RFQ. The Government is seeking quotations for new material only. Quotations based on new unused surplus will be accepted provided that the contractor can provide all applicable certificates of conformance for all material to be delivered traceable back to the OEM. Delivery location is the Naval Aviation Depot, San Dieg! o, CA 92135. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at Origin by the Government. This procurement is issued as restricted to small businesses. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price purchase order for the required material. All qualified contractors that can provide the required material are encouraged to obtain a copy of the RFQ and provide a quotation. The RFQ will be available for review and downloading on or about May 23, 2005 at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov .
