- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Regional Contracting Department, Seal Beach Division, intends to procure rental and servicing of portable toilets and wash stations required by the 31st Naval Construction Regiment. The services are required to support active and reserve duty field exercises at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. The rental shall consist of a base period consisting of one year with a one-year renewal option. The base period is projected to be 01 Jul 2005 through 30 Jun 2006. Anticipate a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract. All rental requests will be made by issuance of delivery orders. This requirement will be 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 562991 and the small business size is $6.0M. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. All qualified small business firms are encouraged to submit an offer. A single award will be made to the lowest priced, technic! ally acceptable offer. Solicitation and award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Potential offerors are notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil, on or before 24 May 2005. This office will no longer issue hardcopy solicitations. Numbered Note 1 applies.
