- The Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Fort Polk Directorate of Contracting intends to solicit sealed bids to furnish all labor, plant, materials and equipment to perform all work incidental to pavement repair/construction as directed in the i ndividual delivery orders. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and sketches attached to the individual delivery orders. Work shall be performed at various locations on Fort Polk, Peason Ridge, Intermediate Staging Base(ISB) and Toledo Bend recreational site. Specific locations will be directed on individual delivery orders. Family housing is not included in this solicitation. SIC for this project is 1611 and the NAICS code is 237310. Proposed contract will be an IDIQ contr act with one (1) base year and two (2) one year option periods. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. Evalu ation of bids will be an all or none basis. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, and any training required. Solicitation can be retrieved from http://www.Jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc, AFSI or Fed Biz Ops. Telephonic request s will not be honored. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. Solicitation will be available for retreival on or about 8 Jun 2005. COntractor must be registered in the Central Co ntractor Registry (CCR).
