- This acquisition is for the following item. Item 0001 NSN: 1615-01-063-4016 GA, P/N: 204-012-122-5 (2606650), NOUN: Strap Assembly, applicable to the UH-1N Huey helicopter. FUNC: Absorbs tension of centrifugal loads between blade and hub, Dim: 3?x4?x14?, MAT: Steel. The basic quantity is 10 each. There will be two Annual Options for a quantity of 1-25 each. Estimated Total Quantity is sixty (60) each. No technical data is available. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098, Delivery is 10 each October 2005. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. An RFQ will follow. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizops.gov/. The estimated award date is 08 July 2005. This Requirement is restricted to the following sources: Bell Helicopter (97499), Honeywell International (55284), and Bertrand Products (62571). Justification: One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Foreign participation is permitted.
