- 377 CONS/LGCB Kirtland AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Northrup Grumman Space Technologies, One Space Park Drive, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. The objective of this effort is the technical and maintenance support for the Elektra Laser hard ware and software built by Northrup Grumman and located on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM. The period of performance of this effort will be 1 year in duration starting with the delivery of the contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 with a size standard of $6,000,000 gross annual revenue.
