- Description
- Award of maintenance service of Polycom iPower videoconferencing systems for Maxwell Air Force Base for the period of four months, 1 June 2005 through 30 September 2005. System maintenance will include routine maintenance (clean, repair and test), software downloads and recertification of warrantied Polycom iPower units. Future systems upgrades will allso be incorporated. It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federatl Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This agency intends to award to Polycom, Inc., 4750 Willow Road, Pleasonton, CA 94588-2762.
