- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, management, supplies, and transportation (unless otherwise provided as Government Furnished Property listed in the Statement of Work) necessary to provide 1 Social Worker and 2 Clinical Psychologists to perform their respective services for Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced contract with a base year and four one-year options. Base Year Period of Performance will be from 1 Oct 05?30 Sept 06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621112. This action is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside. A formal Request For Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 30 June 2005 via Fed Biz Opps.
