- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of 13 licenses for Disk & File Sentinel Disk Quota Management Software, prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is: DOJ-APG-5-E-031 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-3. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business and falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classification 423430 (size standard 42M). This solicitation is for the procurement of: 1. NTP Software Quota and File Sentinel for WIN 001 User, V5.2 Over 1 TB (Mfg Sku QFS2TB) - 13 Qty; 2. NTP Software Quota and File Sentinel for WIN 1 YR Upgrade Support (Mfg Sku QFSUPG2T1) - 13 Qty; 3. NTP Software Quota and File Sentinel 1 YR Product Maintenance Support (Mfg Sku SUPPORT1) - 1 Qty. INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS: All RFQ?s should be submitted and shall contain all of the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER; EMAIL ADDRESS OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, AND ANY DISCOUNT TERMS. All Offerors must also submit a completed copy of the following Provisions at FAR 52.204-3 TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION; 52.219-1 SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM REPRESENTATIONS; and Company DUNS Number (FAR 52.204-6). All Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. If above items are available on Offeror?s GSA Schedule, Offeror shall provide their GSA Schedule Number and Expiration Date. Offerors that fail to furnish the required information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. EVALUATION/AWARD: The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible Lowest Offeror. ALL OFFERORS MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR).
