- In accordance with the procedures specified in OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003), the Federal Bureau of Prisons has conducted a streamlined competition for functions performed by the Hemodialysis Nurses and Technicians at the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners (MCFP) in Springfield, Missouri. This study was announced on January 14, 2005. On May 17, 2005 the streamlined competition form (SCLF) was certified by the Agency Tender Official, Contracting Officer, and Source Selection Authority, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house, performed by the Government?s Most Efficient Organization (MEO).
