- This is a Notice that the closing date has been extended to May 27, 2005 (4:30 p.m. local time), in lieu of May 20, 2005. The amendment 2 to the solicitation is posted. Please reference the amendment 02 to the solicitation (APHIS-05-025) and acknowledge receipt. Amendment 2 to the solicitation adds specifications (attachment #3) to clarify information about the type of building, due to questions from offerors. Sections (specific pages) of the solicitation have also been revised (and are marked). The entire revised solicitation is posted. Attachments 1 and 2 to the solicitation are not changed (and are still accessible on the www.FedBizOpps.gov website with the originally posted solicitation). Davis-Bacon wage rates are applicable to this procurement (attachment 1 ? original posting). Offerors must submit technical and past performance information with their proposals (see sections L and M of the solicitation). This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside, NAICS code 236210 (Small Business Size Standard - $28.5 million). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Proposals will be due no later than 4:30 p.m. local time on the revised closing date of May 27, 2005.
