Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN, please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. FOB Destination/ Inspection at Destination. This is a proposed fixed price definite quantity contract. Quantity: 81 each, 53 DARO, 100% Quantity Option applies. Notes 12, 22, and 26 apply. Unrestricted. Other than Full and Open Competition. Intended source: Askove Kunstof Industrie BV CAGE H0B62. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. Critical Application Item. QAP 001. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be awarded as a definite quantity contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
