- PR FPG05064001013, NSN 1560-00-651-8219, The Boeing Company, CAGE 81205, P/N 50-4681-87, Configuration Control applies. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Quantity 120 each, Inspection/Acceptance/FOB at Origin, QAP 003, delivery 712 days ARO. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) and Government Fit Test are required for this NSN. The end item is C-135 Aircraft. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Engineering Support Activity (ESA) at Tinker AFB has determined that no alternate offers will be considered for this NSN, due to the numerous problems associated with it.
