Description
NSN-4820-01-467-5505,PR-0011118776. Quantity of 1366 being procured to be shipped to New Cumberland PA. Required delivery for the production quantity is 150 days. First Article Tesing Required. 10 each to be tested in 90 days. Total delivery including First Article Testing is 270 days. I/A/W drawing NR DD-30003-639AS10600. Source controlled drawing. Item is being procured to General Pneumatics Corp (08996) P/N 468RAS03. Drawing cited is subject to export-control regulations. Contracts will be awarded only to contractors with JCP Certification issued Prior to an award. This solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps or at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on its issue date of 06-01-2005. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are; General Pneumatics Corp cage (08996)p/n 468RAS03. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery, past performance and other evaluationfactors as described in the solciitation. Restricted Rights Data Restrictions apply. Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition circular 01-26 (Item I, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certifications Aplication (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations in the near future.
