- Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and any other items necessary to install carpeting in Bldg. 3112 at Eielson AFB, AK. The request for quotation number is FA5004-05-T-0031 and can be downloaded at www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 314110, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors MUST register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Offers will be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 and must include as a minimum the items listed in FAR Clause 52.212-1 (b) (1-11) Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items.
