- Contractor shall provide Readjustment Counseling Services for the Veterans Center, Redwoods for the counties of Humboldt, Siskiyou, Shasta, and Del Norte for eligible Veterans. This contract will be for a base year and two one-year options to renew. The base period will be from May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006. Solicitation documents may be download o/a 3/24/05 at the following website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments without further notice from the VA. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The following commercial item provisions and clauses plus addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers, 52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders.
