- Description
- It is the Navy Exchange Service Command's (NEXCOM's) intention to award a license agreement to a firm to construct and operate a free standing facility with a "drive-thru", providing both a name brand burger and a dessert concept concession on designated real estate at Corry Station, Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. It is preferred that dessert be a stand alone, recognized ice cream concept rather than merely a collection of menu items of a much larger menu concept or a recognized brand of ice cream. The concession is to be operated using the procedures, trade names, trademarks, and signage associated with the brand standards. The firm awarded this agreement must furnish the building and all required equipment, supplies, food and labor to operate the facility and comply with franchisor standards and operating procedures as well as the terms and conditions specified herein. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 0900, Thursday, May 26, 2005 at NAS Pensacola.
