- The US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) has a requirement for Cargo Helicopters, models CH-47F (NSN 1520-01-457-5179) and MH-47G (NSN 1520-01-513-8008) for FY06 through FY10 with estimated quantities of 31, 42, 35, 39, and 35 respectively. Subcontracting opportunities will be available through the prime contractor, The Boeing Company, Helicopter Division, P.O. Box 16858, Philadelphia, PA 19142-0858. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. See Note 22. Authority Cited: S tatutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this requirement is based on 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Ag ency Requirements.
