- The US Army Tank-automative and Armaments command (TACOM), Picatinny Center for Contracting & Commerce, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis using FAR 6.302-5 (b) (7) to FCA Consulting, Bloomfield, NJ. FCA is desinated as a Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern. FCA is the only company in the SDVOSB category that is technically qualified and capable to perform the service required under this effort. The purpose of this action is to provide technical and test support services to the Program Management Office (PMO) for munitions programs. Performance is for four years, base and three (3) one year options.
