- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W9124X-05-R-0005 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughout Federal Acquisition Circular 05-03. This combined synopsis/solicita tion is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 316213. CLIN 0001: Army Combat Boots: FFP QTY: 1,500 pairs Belleville Shoe Desert Tan Model #390 or equal. See attached list for sizes and quantities. All bids must be inclusive as multiple awards will not be considered.
