This is a sole source requirement for the establishment of a one-time repair contract. The national stock number to be repaired is NSN: 6650-01-256-6565SO, P/N: 2439519-1, Noun: Turrent Window, which is applicable to the AAQ-17 FLIR on the MC-130H/P aircraft, quantity: 15 each. Destination: Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Delivery: 30 days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued to Cage Code: 96214, Raytheon Company, 2501 W. University Drive, McKinney, TX. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
