Description

The government intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Adacel Systems, Inc., Suite 100, 6200 Lee Vista Blvd., Orlando, FL., 32822-5149, to provide the following item: Adacel?s ARTT Driver, a Flight line Driving Simulator and USAF Tower Simulation Systems? software, (TSS) as the primary visual database integrated into the L3 trainer, to teach airport ground personnel simulated flight line driving. This ARTT Driver uses USAF software that provides unique Air Force markings, aircraft, and vehicles, which defer from the FAA markings, requiring a brand name requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 423430. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. However, please note that no award may be made to an offer not registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Therefore, if your firm is considering submitting a quote for the above listed requirement, it is imperative that your firm becomes registered in the CCR database. To do so, go to http://www.ccr.gov. Anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 24 May 05.
