- Notice of Intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Paul Spruell for NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service to participate on the Interior Columbia River Basis Technical Recovery Teal (TRT). The Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) provides scienticic and technical support to National Marine Fisferies Service (NMFS) for management, conservation, and wise use of the Northwest region"s marine and anadromous resources. The Interior Columbia River Basin (ICRB) Technical Recovery Tean is a multi-stakeholder group created by NMFS in 2000 to conduct technical analyses and develop biologically based delisting criteria for ESU's listed under the Endangered Species Act. This must be completed by menbers of the TRT. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000. ****The Western Administrative Support Center Acquisition Management Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as of October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov.
