- The subject solicitation is being issued Unrestricted (open to both large and small businesses) for the purchase of the following plenums for the Temper tent: End Wall (NSN 8340-01-186-3035), Extendable (NSN 8340-01-186-3036) and Sidewall (NSN 8340-01-211-6798). Minimum quantity for each is 500, mnaximum is 2000. The solicitation will include four one-year term options. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal with the following evaluation factors: Past Performance, Surge and Sustainment, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal. Large businesses will be required to submit a small business subcontracting plan. The anticipated issue date for this solicitation is 17 June 2005.
