- This amendment changes the following items for Comprehensive Revision and electronic Publication – Chapter 6, PDDM Manual: 1. Scope of Work, Page 7, Task 6. Technical Guidance Report (Optional). This Task is changed from an optional item to a required part of the work in the base contract. Delete the word Optional. 2. Scope of Work, Page 7, Task 6., second para. Delete the third sentence that reads; The award of this optional task would be made within 8 weeks of Notice to Proceed for Tasks 1 through 5 and the schedule for completion (final report) would be November 18, 2005. 3. Scope of Work, Page 9, Period of Performance, Description, Task 6: Technical Guidance Report (Optional). Delete the word (Optional). 4. Scope of Work, Page 10, Evaluation Factors for Award, second sentence. As reads: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following technical evaluation factors and total firm-fixed-price comprised of the itemized prices for Tasks 1 through 5 and Optional Task 6. Change to read: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following technical evaluation factors and the total firm fixed-price for Task 1 through Task 6. 5. Change the synopsis issued on May 9, 2005. Delete the following statement: This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract, not to exceed $80,000. Replace with the following statement: This solicitation is issued as unrestricted and the not-to-exceed amount is $105,000 for Tasks 1 through 6. 6. The response date and time, June 1, 2005 at 2:30 PM MDT, remains unchanged. 7.
