- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source order to Mr. James P. McClellan for Physical Security Specialist support services. Mr. McClellan will be required to provide physical security services regarding office relocations, renovations and expansions; non-protectee physical security surveys; and installation policies and standards regarding the installation of security equipment and features. Award will be made based on Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. No formal solicitation package is available. Any inquiries must include a full capability statement and must be received no later than five (5) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this announcement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22 – 45 days is changed to read five (5) days.
