- Description
- Requirements: The Government is looking for potential housing alternatives for an existing tenant whose lease is expiring. This requirement consists of approximately 3,448 Rentable Square Feet of office space and three (3) parking spaces. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,998 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet to a maximum of 3,223 ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet, and must be located on the second floor or above of the prospective building. Location: Offered space must be located within the city limits of: 1) West Memphis, Arkansas or 2) Marion, Arkansas. The offered building must offer immediate access to highway arteries. Lease Term: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy on or by August 1st, 2005. Notice: The Government will consider the financial impact of space replication, relocation and administrative costs when determining if relocation is in the best interest of the Government. Response to Include: 1. Building/site name and address. 2. Photo and/or aerial view of building 3. Available rentable square footage (rsf), floor location and estimated rental rate per rsf. 4. Owner’s name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
