Description
The U.S. Postal Service is looking for offerors to lease and construct a new Main Post Office for Porters Corner, NY 12859. This new free-standing facility will consist of 1,060 net square feet and will be located approximately on a 1.5 acre parcel of land on Allen Road (County Route 19), which the Postal Service controls, via an assignable ground lease. The lease term required will be a 20 year base term, with two five (5) year renewal options. Copies of our Solicitation for Offers, complete with plans and specifications, are available at the cost of $50.00. Requests for same should be sent via U.S. Mail to the address below, accompanied by a certified check or money order made out to Disbursing Officer, United States Postal Service."
