- The purpose of this amendment is to correct the response date for the Sources Sought Synopsis and Request for DRAFT Statement of Work Comments/Questions, Solicitation Number MHTS-OAG-01, from May 13, 2005 to May 20, 2005. The last paragraphs of Presolicitation Notice SSA-RFP-05-1044 should read: PLEASE REFER TO SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ENTITLED ?MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT STUDY (MHTS),? SOLICITATION NUMBER MHTS-OAG-01, POSTED ON www.fedbizopps.gov ON MAY 6, 2005 FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND A DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK FOR INDUSTRY COMMENT/QUESTIONS. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND TO THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR INDUSTRY COMMENTS/QUESTIONS, SOLICITATION NUMBER MHTS-OAG-01.
