- General Services Administration has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance Service at the following locations within the Northwest/Arctic Region 10: Seattle Federal Office Building, Seattle, Washington; New Seattle US Courthouse, Seattle, Washington; INS Building, Seattle, Washington; Federal Archives & Records Center (FARC), Seattle, Washington; Nakamura US Courthouse, Seattle, Washington; FDA Building, Bothell, Washington; Tacoma Union Station; Tacoma, Washington; Port Angeles Federal Building, Port Angeles, Washington; Spokane US Courthouse, Spokane, Washington; Spokane Federal Building and US Post Office, Spokane, Washington; Boise Federal Building and US Courthouse, Boise, Idaho; Baker Federal Building, Baker, Oregon; Oroville Border Station, Oroville, Washington. The government reserves the right to add the following buildings at a later date: Jackson Federal Building, Seattle, Washington; Auburn GSA Administration Building, Auburn, Washington. The government may award one or more firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, each with a base period of three years and two three-year options. The anticipated start date is August 1, 2005. The anticipated date for the issuance of the solicitation is on or about May 18, 2005. This procurement is a full and open commercial service utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 15, Source Selection Procedures with award based on Best Value. All offerors are required to register at www.ccr.gov, http://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx, and http://vets100.cudenver.edu/. GSA intends to issue all documents to include the initial solicitation, amendments, clarification letters and other applicable documents electronically. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. The contractor is responsible to monitor the website for any changes or updates. It is recommended that contractors register to receive notification by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
