Notice of intent to issue a contract to the Harris Corporation of Rochester, New York for NSN 5985-01-468-1980, P/N RF-382A-12. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation number is assigned for Administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
