- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure Hangsterfers Crystal Cut 465 Synthetic in 55gallon drums for the Norfolk Naval Foundry and Propeller Center, Philadelphia, PA. Request for quotation (RFQ) contemplates a firm fixed price contract. Delivery is required within 5 days after receipt of order. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be access in full text at and current through FAC97-01 or DFARS addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars. The NAICS Code is 421830. Basic and option years through 2007. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. Offerors are advised to include a complete copy of the provisions at 52.212-5 with their offer. The clause52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.217-6 Option for Increase, 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders, 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 252.212-7001, Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive order applicable to defense acquisition of commercial items, 52.232-33 Payment for Electronic Funds Transfers.
