- Description
- The work includes abatement of hazardous materials (asbestos and lead based paint), demolition of limited ceiling, floor, wall and finish areas; new interior and exterior doors, frames and hardware; repair and replacement of interior finishes to include vinyl tile, carpet and vinyl base; painting of existing interior masonry, gypsum and other wall surfaces and trim; painting of existing gypsum ceiling surfaces; new suspended acoustical tile ceiling system, painting of existing exterior wood trim; HVAC work; electrical, communications and data work; and incidental related work. The proposed contract is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 and Size Standard of $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available for electronic download on or about 1 June 2005. Bid opening date will be on or about 5 July 2005. This solicitation is available in electronic format only.
