- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA 93042-5001 plans to use a Time and Material, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to procure on a full and open competitive basis Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) for the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Command (NATEC) to be performed at NAS New Orleans JRB in New Orleans, LA. This effort encompasses training designed to inform and instruct Navy Personnel in the installation, operation and maintenance of electronic warfare (EW) equipment and related support equipment on the F18, C130, EA6B, H46, H60, AH1W, UH1N, and the P3 aircraft. These services are required for engineering system integration assistance liaison and training programs at the organizational/intermediate level on the following EW equipment (but not limited to) are the ALQ-126B Countermeasures Set, APR-39 (v) 1 & 2 Radar Signal Detecting Set, ALR-67 Countermeasures Receiving Set, ALR-66 Countermeas! ures Receiving Set, USM-406 ECM Test Set. A one-year base period with four one-year option periods is anticipated. Award of a contract is expected on 1 October 2005 and the contract will continue through 30 September 2010 if all options are exercised. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. This solicitation is being issued unrestricted and is classified under the Small Business Size Standard by NAICS code 541330 ($23 million). Phone and fax request for solicitation will not be accepted. The solicitation will be issued on or about 6-June-2005 through the FEDBIZOPS website at: http://vsearch2.eps.gov/servlet/SearchServlet and the NECO website at: http://www.neco.navy.mil. It is the offeror's responsibility to check these websites for any amendments that may be issued to the solicitation and acknowledge them as part of! any proposal submission. If you do not have internet access, you need to submit a written request for the RFP via mail to: Commander, Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, Code 230000E, 575 "I" Ave, Ste 1, Bldg 65, Point Mugu, CA 93042, Attn: Tim Byrnes.
