- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-04-G-0016 with Rolls Royce Plc., P.O. Box 3, Filton, Bristol, BS12 7QE England, for the purchase of three (3) Sub-Idle Fuel Control Units (SIFCUs) for the F405-RR-401 Adour engine, the power plant of the T-45 aircraft. Rolls Royce is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F405 engine, and is the only known source with the experience and technical data necessary for the performance of this effort.
