Quantity: 48; this is a five year IDIQ with minimum quantity of 48 each and a maximum quantity of 528 each, applicable to the AH-64A Airframe with deliveries to sh ipping instructions will be furnished by the Government 30 days prior to scheduled delivery date for items required under this requisition. Production Lead-time is 12 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 12 each monthly thereafter. This item is restricted to Goodrich Aerospace Canada LTD, Cage Code 02KZ1, 5415 North Service Road, Burlington ON, CA, Canada L7L 5H7, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of part. Adequa te technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition c ontains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the export Administrative Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
