- The U.S. Army, TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal plans to award on a Sole Source to TPS Thermal Product Solutions to meet the requirement of purchase, delivery and assembly of three Tenney JR Conditioning environment test chambers with necessary accessories. The ATF currently has 4 Tenney conditioning chambers and the Link Tenn 32 Software to control these boxes. These Tenney Link Tenn 32 Software does not work with any other conditioning chambers and no other software will work with the Tenney conditioning chambers currently being used. See Numbered Note 22.
