- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, Ma on behalf of the United States Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, Ma, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wi th University of California, 3227 Cheadle Hall, Santa Barbara, Ca 93106-2050, to provide conventional and custom mechanical indention testing on 32 rat femurs. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
