- The Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation to provide a Media Analysis Program to support the Strategic Communication Divisions Media Analysis Team. This program will provide customized, commerc ially-available media analysis software to assist Public Affairs in analyzing the content and quantity of media coverage on Army issues, initiatives and programs. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
