- Eielson AFB, AK has a requirement for Cranes and Hoists Maintenance, Repair, and Certification. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, parts, lubricants, weights, transportation, and supervision necessary to evaluate, inspect, load test, service, and repair cranes, hoists, and other related lifting devices at Eielson AFB, Alaska. Specifies are identified in the solicitation. The request for quotation number is FA5004-05-R-0008 and can be downloaded at www.fedbizopps.gov. NOTE: Previous solicitation number FA5004-05-R-R004 is cancelled. This action is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, with a small business size standard of $6,000,000. This solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors MUST register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Offers will be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 and must include as a minimum the items listed in FAR Clause 52.212-1 (b) (1-11) Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. This clause may be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. All Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database.
