- McConnell AFB KS has a need for a contractor to provide all management, labor, materials, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide officials, scorers, and timers for the Base Sports Program in support of intramural, varsity, and youth sports. Sports to be officiated include, but are not limited to, flag football, basketball, soccer, softball, and youth baseball. All services will be performed at McConnell AFB KS. This service will be for one base year plus four one-year option periods. The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. The primary North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 713940. The solicitation package will be available on or about 20 Jun 05, via FedBizOpps at www.eps.gov.
