- The anticipated award date will be:15JUN2005 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Caution: The drawings which will be furnished under this RFP and any resultant contract are proprietary to the Boeing Company.Firms interested in proposing on this RFP must have on file a current OC-SAF/66, "Rights Guard Certificate", signed by an individual authorized to bind your company, or the bid package will not be furnished. This certificate may be obtained from OCALC/PKXDA, Tinker AFB OK 73145-5320. Note: This item is the Wing Fore Flap Assembly. Special Tooling is required to insure proper alignment of the two ends. This tooling is not available at OC-ALC. Due to the complexity and criticality of this item, only the source(s) listed on the Govt screening analysis work sheet is/are able to meet the Govt requirements. Request for Written Quotation will be issued. The anticipated award date will be 60 days after the issuance of this notice. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note(s) 1, 13 and 22.
