- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604-05-R-0112. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03 and 2005-o00001 and DFARS Change Notice 20050509. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, 52.232-33 DFARS 252.212-7001 and 252.232-7003. This acquisition is a sole source requirement for a specific brand name (IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements). This procurement will be for hardware and software maintenance and reinstatement. See the attached documents for requirement descriptions. Proposals must price each line item listed. Ship to: WPAFB OH 45433.
