- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is 05TC439. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS change notice 20030722. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 335929. The size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following items: Marathon LAN CAT5e, 4 PR Plenum Cable, 1000 ft POP-UP Box; 400 bx; Blue in color, sequential footage marks from 1000 to 1; Superior Essex PN:51-241-28; Patriot II Memory Telephone; Patriot PN:2194 500 ea; The provision FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items from on-line at http://www.bpn.gov,.
