Description

This is a Multi-year, Multiple Award Schedule for a contract period of 5 years from the date of award. The resultant contracts will be indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery contracts with $2,500 guaranteed minimum as well as an Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) Provision. The contracts also have an Option to Extend provision, which allows for extensions of 1-2 years up to a maximum or 5 years. Contractors may make changes to their contracts in accordance with the Modification Clause 552.243-72. Individual orders placed by customer activities must be funded with appropriated funds and no purchase order may be for a greater period of time (Government Fiscal Year) than that covered by individual agency funding.
