- Construction of Administrative Wing Mini-Mod Upgrade, Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Hilliard, Florida The work consist of but is not limited to: Work includes miscellaneous demolition, removal of asbestos contaminated material, removal and replacement of existing walls, ceilings and floor finishes, mechanical systems (fan coil units and air handling units), electrical systems (lighting, power, LAN, telephone) and installation of a new fire protection system. The work encompasses Three (3) floors including approximately 32,000 SF over a span of 10 months. The NAICS code is 236220 ($28.5M) - Administration Building Construction ESTIMATED RANGE: Between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. THIS PROJECT IS A TOTAL SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE FURNISHED TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS ONLY. General contractors must provide the information stated above, company's name, address, phone number, fax number, point of contact. General contractors who are interested in providing an offer on this project must submit the above-required information via regular mail, e-mail, facsimile, over night mail or hand delivered with original signatures. Requests must be received in this office not later than 4:00 PM Local Time, June 13, 2005. Any request received after this date and time will not be honored.
