Description
The purpose of Amendment No.1 are to: (1) administratively correct numbering of paragraphs under Section C. and (2) to add information that was inadvertently left out of Solicitation No. S-AQMPD-05-R-1002. Under Section C, on page 9 the paragraph numbers starting at C.3 is deleted and replaced numerical corrected starting with C.2 and ending with C.4.3. On Page 14, under subsection C.3.2 General Expertise & Ability, after the last paragraph insert the following: ?The contractor shall have or obtain within the first 90 days of award a ?Software House Enterprise Partner Certification?. Required areas of certification are as follows: C-CURE 800/8000 System Installation/Maintainer C-CURE 800/8000 System Integrator/Designer C-CURE 800/8000 Legato/Vinca Redundant Server C-CURE Central and iSTAR The contractor shall have the ability to provide advanced expertise and certified services in the following areas of Information Technology. Microsoft Operating System Networking and Network Infrastructure Database Administration On page 15, under subsection C.3.5 Government and Contractor Furnished Equipment, after the last paragraph insert the following: The contractor may be authorized to operate government owned or leased motor vehicles as long as such authorization will reduce the cost to the government rather than service as only a benefit to the contractor. Use must be directly related to and required for performance of this contract. Approval must also be authorized by a government official in advance. The government is however not obligated to provide any government owned or leased vehicles. The contractor shall be solely responsible for personal and property damage to any individual, including the Government, caused by the negligent operation of a Government-owned vehicle. The contractor shall provide automobile liability insurance written on the comprehensive form of policy. The policy shall provide for bodily injury and property damage liability covering the operation of all automobiles used in connection with performing the contract. Policies covering automobiles operated in the United States shall provide coverage of at least $200,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and $20,000 per occurrence for property damage. The amount of liability coverage on other policies shall be commensurate with any legal requirements of the locality and sufficient to meet normal and customary claims. A Certificate of Insurance shall be provided to the government indicating the prescribed coverage for each policy. All else remains unchanged.
