- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with QualComm, Inc., 5775 Morehouse Drive, San Diego, CA, under authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 for the purchase of (10) QSEC-2700 phone kits, (10) Car power adapters, (5) Data transfer device adapter cables, (10) Surveillance kits, (10) 2 year extended warranty, and (10) Executive car kits. This is not a request for proposals. QualComm, Inc, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required equipment.
